"Thank you Peg and crew for helping make the recent wedding of my daughter, Crystal Baird-Martowski, and son-in-law, Gregory Porter, so special. The food was fabulous--many people complimented the mac & cheese shooters, the make-your-own risotto creation in martini glasses and salmon with mango salsa. I loved the cooked-to-order pasta station and the asparagus with red pepper--sooo delicious!! I d...on't know how you managed to create such perfectly prepared food in the middle of a field with only generators for electricity. WELL DONE!! Your waitstaff was friendly and helpful--Maria was wonderful to work with, and Peg, YOU are simply the BEST!! The tables and food presentation were exquisite. Thank you so very much!!
